Privacy Policy
Hope for a Cure for ALZ, Inc. is an Ohio nonprofit corporation recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (“Organization,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) that respects the privacy of visitors, donors, volunteers, event participants, subscribers, and other users of our website <https://hopeforacureforalz.org/> and related online features that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information through the Site and related online interactions.

We encourage donors to review any privacy terms presented by the donation processor at the time of donation.
II. Donor Records. We may use donor information to process gifts, provide tax receipts and acknowledgments, maintain contribution records, administer recurring donations, respond to donor requests, and communicate about our mission, campaigns, programs, and events.
III. Recurring Donations. If you establish a recurring donation, we or Paypal may use your information to process recurring charges, manage changes to your donation preferences, and provide confirmations or notices related to the donation arrangement.
IV. Tribute and Memorial Gifts. If you provide information about another person in connection with a tribute or memorial gift, you represent that you have authority to provide that information, and we may use it to administer the tribute or memorial designation and related acknowledgment.
